Both roles are hands-on from day one, with direct ownership of systems that reach production. There is very little distance between what you build and what trades.

Senior AI / ML Engineer

Engineering Herzliya, Israel

You own the machinery that turns raw market data into tested investment hypotheses — research agents, ML pipelines, feature engineering, and the experimentation infrastructure that decides what survives.

What you would work on

  • Research agents that generate and screen investment hypotheses
  • ML pipelines running from raw market data through to model outputs
  • Feature engineering across price, volume, and derived market data
  • Experimentation infrastructure: large-scale, reproducible, measurable
  • Signal research and risk overlays feeding live strategies

What the role needs

  • Senior-level ML engineering in production systems, not notebooks
  • Strong Python; comfort reading and writing systems code
  • Experience with noisy, low signal-to-noise data
  • Rigour about validation, leakage, and overfitting
  • Independent technical judgment on open-ended problems

Senior Systems Engineer

Engineering Herzliya, Israel

You own the infrastructure everything else runs on — market data, distributed compute, the backtesting engine, and the execution path that puts capital into the market.

What you would work on

  • Backtesting and forward-testing engines
  • Market data capture, normalisation, and storage
  • Distributed compute for large-scale research workloads
  • Execution infrastructure and order routing
  • The reliability and correctness of the whole research path

What the role needs

  • Senior-level C++ and Python
  • Distributed systems built and operated in production
  • High-throughput, latency-sensitive data paths
  • Correctness prioritised over speed of delivery
  • Ownership of systems end to end, not isolated tasks
